Can I bring my phone?


We kindly request you refrain from talking on your phone. If you choose to carry a cell phone please turn it to silent mode as to be mindful of other guests.


How early should I check in?


We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow enough time to check in at the front desk and change into your spa robe and slippers. A late arrival to your appointment will result in an abbreviated treatment at full price.



What is your reservation and cancellation policy?


Spa services require a credit card hold or valid gift card bar code number at time of booking. Cancellations not made 24 hours prior to appointment result in an automatic charge of 50% of the reserved service fee.



Are children permitted in the spa?


The Spa is an adult facility; we maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. Children under the age of fourteen are not permitted in the spa treatment rooms or waiting areas. We require all guests ages 14-18 receiving a massage to have a parent present in the room during their session.



How should I dress for my spa visit?


Dress comfortably and it is best to leave your jewelry at home. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for your use, along with a private locker for your belongings.



May I receive a massage if I'm pregnant?


Absolutely. In fact a massage can ease many of the discomforts that your body may be experiencing during pregnancy. We will be happy to offer you a massage providing you are in the second or third trimester and we suggest you avoid heat and deep pressure.





What information should I communicate with you regarding my health?


Your health is important to us. If you have any allergies, physical ailments, limitations or disabilities please let us know. Our caring and professional therapists will custom design your treatment according to what is best for you.





Can my Spa Package be split up?


Spa Packages are designed to be used in one visit. If using a gift certificate for a Spa Package you may opt to redeem it for its dollar value and choose the services of your choice.

The spa atmosphere is one of calm and quiet. To preserve the tranquil nature of the spa, please be considerate of other guests. Speak softly and refrain from using cell phones.
