Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Spa services require a credit card hold at time of booking. All Spa Packages require pre payment prior to booking. Cancellations not made 24 hours prior to appointment result in an automatic charge of 50% of the reserved service fee.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and change into spa attire. Spa time is reserved exclusively for you. In consideration of all guests, lateness will result in a forfeiting of your service time.

With your comfort in mind

The Spa is an adult facility; we maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. Children under the age of fourteen are not permitted. Guests 14-18 receiving a massage must have a parent in the room during treatment. Upon entering the spa please turn your cell phone off or place in quiet mode during your spa visit. Your relaxation is our primary goal.

Spa Parties 

Enjoy a relaxing day with friends. Lunch may be added to any spa service for an additional fee. Our friendly spa consultants will be happy to help you customize the perfect spa party.
